Hey y’all! 

I can't believe the day is finally here. Living so close to the blogging world (hi Kelly!), I’ve always had an interest in blogs, and have occasionally done guest posts on my sister’s. One day, over mango margaritas and chips & salsa with Kelly, I expressed interest in starting one of my own. This idea had been on my mind for months, but I was nervous to bring it up. Would anyone read it? Do I have what it takes to blog? I can’t afford to splurge on high end fashion items, so how can I launch a fashion blog?

Then, the ‘ah ha’ moment happened. Fashion on a working girl’s budget. 

You don’t have to spend hundreds to have style. My goal for this blog is to be budget friendly while bringing inspiration to look like a million bucks. Most items featured will be under a hundred dollars, (with an occasional ‘splurge’ piece here or there.) I don’t dress to follow the trends...I dress in what makes me happy. I hope that over time you’ll find my blog as a happy place for you, too. 

Now that we have that out of the way, let’s get aquatinted, shall we?
